Conceptual Drawings
Every Blion undertaking begins with a concept drawing. This is a rough sketch of the very seed of the idea which is the core of the project.

3d Drawings
Our GRC and FRP architectural product ideas are given life through the 3d rendering of them.
These will be life-like representations of what the ultimate product will look like. Be it Columns, Cornices ,Jalis or any decorative elements all these are made exactly to what the product will be made to.

Production
Once the 3d is approved then we start the major process of manufacturing the products. First patterns are made on our CNC Machines , followed by a mold and then the final product is removed from the mold.. Based on the whether the product is going to be casted in GRC and FRP detailed documented operating procedures are followed all along till we get the perfect final product in terms of excellence and grandeur
Assembly and Installation
All the steel sections , angles , brackets or any other steel items required for installing our GRC and FRP Products are fabricated in-house as per the specifications shown in shop drawings and then put together at the project site.
FINAL TOUCHES
Finally, every detail is inspected, and minute adjustments are made to ensure that the final outcome is exactly the same as its 3D rendering. What was envisioned is what is delivered.
